Fees
Services: Our services are charged on hourly basis. Certain services may be provided on a
fixed, deferred or discounted fee basis following written agreement with the
client.
Fees and charges may be revised from time to time. Any increase in fees and charges will
be notified to the client for approval.
Out of Pocket Expenses: All out-of-pocket expenses are for the client’s account unless
otherwise agreed. Out-of-pocket expenses include, but not limited to,
photocopying, telecommunications, postage and messenger charges, filing and
licence application fees, transportation fees, professional fees and costs of
outside counsel and consultants and other out-of-pocket disbursements incurred
on behalf of the client.
Value Added
Tax: All work carried out by the offices will be subject to VAT.
